Terms of sale

1.      Commands
All orders must be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to ask all
guarantees that seem suitable and suspend manufacturing orders until satisfaction on this point, even if we have accepted. Orders can’t be cancelled if the goods are being manufactured.

2.      Expeditions
The goods always travel even when prices are established Franco, at  risks and
perils of the recipient, who must make all reservations, if any, within 48 hours by letter
recommended exercising remedies against the carrier, solely responsible for damage
and missing.
FRANCO: our prices are FRANCO EUROPE for an invoice with a value
2500-€ HT discount deducted per shipment.
TIME LIMIT: deadlines are only approximations and in no way constituted a commitment
formal; will be considered as “force majeure”: strike, war, fire, theft and breach
Tooling. 

 

3.      Claims
As for the quality of goods, any claim to be valid must be received in
15 days after receipt of the goods. The guarantee is limited to replacement of the damaged,
documents deemed by us without other benefits or compensation.

4. Price
The prices of our tariffs are given only as an indication for packaging indicated and without
commitment, billing posing as always during the day of delivery.

5. Payment
Our prices are studied for payment within 30 days by shift. Any exemption must be received in advance our agreement, the correction of the due date will automatically invoice charges. 
The drafts for acceptance must be returned within 48 hours.

6. Conditions billing
For any bill less than 1000 € HT, we will increase with 5 € for management fees.

7. Reserve property (Act No. 80355 of 12/15/1980)
The transfer of ownership of goods sold will only after full payment of the agreed price.
The above conditions are deemed accepted in their entirety by our customers and we will refuse any clause to the contrary for those we would not have given our agreement.
In case of dispute, the court of Commerce Salon, is solely responsible whatever
the conditions for shipment.

8. Clause criminal
By express agreement, unless requested to report time and granted by us, the non-payment
our supplies to the deadline will result in:
A. The immediate enforceability of all remaining amounts due, regardless of the mode of dispute settlement under by trafficking accepted or not,
B. The due as damages an allowance equal to 15% of the outstanding addition, the legal interests and court costs possible.
